I loved the helpful staff. the front desk was quick. I asked for a sparkling wine and cheesecake for my wife. they delivered it quick to our room, me and my wife were impressed. I booked a steak in the bar restaurant, it tasted very nice.
my room was near the bar, there was a bit noise until late at night.

My room had tea and coffee facilities. The location was central for exploring. Staff members were friendly and helpful. I found the food to be fabulous.
I found the room air conditioning noisy. This made it difficult to sleep. The noise was noticeable throughout the night.

The location was good the rooms were fairly large and clean
The breakfast setup was not great pastries were missing toast was pre-cooked and cold I waited a long time for poached eggs service was chaotic the staff seemed abrupt. One item had to be sent back because it was inedible I found this disappointing as other hotels have provided better service for poached eggs
